Early Careers Recruitment Partner – 12 Month FTC
Our Early Careers Team in EMEA is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging future talent to support the growth of Macquarie. We partner closely with our businesses to deliver innovative and inclusive strategies for junior talent acquisition, development, and engagement. By fostering relationships with universities and industry partners, we build a diverse pipeline of professionals who contribute to our organisational success.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many roles, this position requires three days a week on-site at the advertised location.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders across Macquarie Asset Management, Commodities, and Global Markets to evolve junior talent attraction strategy in EMEA.
- Lead high‑volume recruitment campaigns and manage early‑careers acquisition and engagement across business coverage areas.
- Organise and present at campus and industry events, contributing to attraction and marketing strategy planning.
- Design and facilitate early‑talent development programmes and deliver diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage programme delivery, track engagement metrics, and coordinate with People & Culture Partners.
