This is a role within Macquarie Asset Management - Client Solutions Group - Marketing team, responsible for the wealth channel marketing execution in EMEA strategy as a marketing generalist across product marketing and channel marketing, amplifying our Alternative capabilities and brand presence in the region. One of our strategic priorities is the build out of our Alternative capabilities for the Wealth channel globally, forging into new markets and supporting the overall diversification of our business. We see Marketing as a critical component to our success in raising capital from the Wealth channel.

What role will you play?
This role involves designing, managing, and measuring the impact of regional campaigns and marketing activations in EMEA in collaboration with other regions for Global Financial Integrity. Driving product marketing outputs, creating local marketing collateral, and forming partnerships with marketing agencies to expedite collateral creation using client-segmented data. Additionally, the lead will steer regional branding and thought leadership dissemination, and support regional distribution teams in client events and sponsorships to maximise return on investment.
What you offer
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, or relative work experience is required
- 7+ years of experience in channel marketing roles within asset management firms, with good knowledge of the Wealth marketplace and preferences in EMEA, including alternatives products like infrastructure, real assets, and private credit
- Proven track record of working with a high level of integrity and accountability, and experience managing a communications agency in a global, matrixed organization
- Forward-thinking, creative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to perform strategically
- Strong project management, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across different seniority levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and willingness to adapt your style to the situation and the personalities involved
