Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Support legal aspects of private credit fund formation, fundraising activity, and client platforms.
- Help structure funds and separately managed accounts with a primary focus on European fundraising for a global investor base.
- Support high net worth and retail-focused vehicles while contributing to the Credit and Insurance platform's growth.
- Collaborate across legal, governance, product, and investment teams.
