Overview

The role supports the rollout of new private credit funds globally, acting as the liaison between investors, legal, and operations. You will integrate investor feedback to ensure products are suitable for the target investor base, support relationship managers in servicing key investors, and seek opportunities to deepen relationships with strategic clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate investor negotiations of key legal documentation and own the New Product Approval process.
  • Support delivery of new Private Credit funds and separate accounts.
  • Act as liaison between investors, legal, and operations during rollouts.
  • Integrate investor feedback to refine product suitability.
  • Support relationship managers with ad‑hoc information requests, RFP oversight, regular client interactions, and deepening relationship opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a related role supporting Private Credit product structuring and innovation.
  • Broad knowledge across private credit products and investor preferences.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent project management and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Ideally holding tertiary qualifications; CFA charterholders preferred.
