In this London-based role, you support the Governance North team within the Central Legal and Governance Group, helping to manage company secretarial and corporate governance requirements for Macquarie Group entities across the Americas and EMEA. You coordinate essential governance processes, from preparing documentation and supporting board activities to maintaining accurate records and improving workflows through the thoughtful use of approved technology and AI. You work closely with colleagues at all levels, contribute to a collaborative and high‑performing team environment, and help ensure governance standards are met consistently and efficiently.

What you offer

  • 2+ years of experience in a support or similar administrative role ideally within a Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial team of a financial services institution or service provider.
  • Technology and AI enthusiast.
  • Experience in arranging meetings, preparing and executing documents, collating board meeting packs, processing invoices and expenses, database support including data entry and performing various ad‑hoc administrative and coordination tasks.
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting a team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Experience with Diligent Boards or another board paper distribution portal, Diligent Entities and Docusign would be ideal but not essential.
