An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Insurance Capital Solutions team, which manages assets for Macquarie Asset Management’s Bermudian reinsurer, InEvo Re. We provide reporting both to InEvo and their cedents on InEvo’s behalf. As InEvo continues to grow, so too do our reporting requirements, and we are keen to hire an expert to own this process.

As Reporting Lead, you will own our reporting processes from front‑to‑back, with a focus on asset side reporting while also managing liability side reporting. This will include a mix of investment reporting and reporting to cedents. Your responsibilities will entail managing regular reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, designing and building reporting capabilities for new cedents as they are onboarded, and acting as a key point of contact for InEvo. You will also work on a variety of projects to optimise our methodology, including collaborating with adjacent teams and utilising AI and other tools to automate aspects of the reporting process.

What you offer:

  • 7+ years’ experience owning the delivery of reports, including 3+ years working in reporting for Insurers or Reinsurers
  • Deep understanding of insurance company balance sheets and familiarity with at least one of the Bermuda regime, US regime or matching adjustment regime
  • Proficiency in Excel and skilled with data management and visualisation tools, with competence in Python or a similar coding language beneficial
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Actuarial qualification is helpful but not required
