What role will you play?

As an Occupational Health Manager, you will support colleagues and managers with tailored solutions to help our staff perform at their best, driving workplace health and wellbeing improvements and fostering a positive and safe environment for all. You will be instrumental in providing health assessments, working with global and regional workplace health and safety stakeholders, and managing relationships with external occupational health providers.

What you offer

  • Over 5 years of experience in occupational health or a related field, with a proven ability to deliver health services in a corporate setting.
  • Experience as a registered nurse or other health professional, such as an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or psychologist, with an occupational health qualification being desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of employment and health and safety laws, with the ability to manage health programs, assessments, and compliance.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to develop innovative solutions in a complex environment and adapt quickly to different tasks.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business and external providers, balancing empathy with a commercial mindset to achieve sustainable outcomes for all parties.
