You partner with business leaders and support teams to deliver strategic initiatives that drive commercial growth, operational improvement and organisational change across all Macquarie business groups. You lead projects ranging from client development strategies and analytics-driven business growth to regulatory change programmes and digital or climate-focused transformation. Working closely with senior leadership, you contribute your perspective in a flat, inclusive environment where your input is valued, reporting to an Associate Director.
