What role will you play?
You partner with business leaders and support teams to deliver strategic initiatives that drive commercial growth, operational improvement and organisational change across all Macquarie business groups. You lead projects ranging from client development strategies and analytics-driven business growth to regulatory change programmes and digital or climate-focused transformation. Working closely with senior leadership, you contribute your perspective in a flat, inclusive environment where your input is valued, reporting to an Associate Director. You take ownership of your projects and outcomes, expanding your network and expertise through global exposure and cross-functional collaboration.
What you offer:
- At least three years’ experience in strategy consulting or a similar field, with a strong and broad toolkit developed across multiple engagements or industries.
- Proven ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems, delivering clear outcomes and recommendations.
- Expertise in relationship building and stakeholder management, with an adaptable communication style for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading or contributing to projects involving commercial strategy, business development, operational improvement, or regulatory change.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
