As a Senior Analyst within the Technology Audit team, you will support the delivery of integrated business and technology audits across a diverse global portfolio, helping assess whether technology risks are effectively managed and controls operate as intended. Working closely with colleagues across Internal Audit, technology, risk and business teams, you will leverage data analytics and Artificial Intelligence to perform audit testing, analyse control evidence, document results, validate observations and contribute insights that support high-quality audit outcomes. Through regular engagement with stakeholders, you will support discussions on control design and operating effectiveness, assist with issue validation and action closure, and contribute to continuous monitoring of emerging technology, cyber and regulatory risks. Reporting into the Technology Audit leadership team, your work will contribute to providing independent assurance to senior management and the Board Audit Committee while supporting a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement. While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require three days a week in our advertised location.
What you offer
- Experience in technology audit, technology risk management or a related assurance function, with knowledge of automated controls, IT General Controls and technology risk frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to leverage data and Artificial Intelligence tools to perform control testing, investigate exceptions, evidence conclusions and support audit outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging and influencing individuals across technology, risk and business teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
