As a Senior Technical Leader, you will be one of the most influential technical contributors within our Real Assets and Real Estate business. From establishing trusted foundations for investment data to improving connectivity across front, middle and back-office functions, you will help solve some of the most complex technology challenges in private markets. You will also play a key role in identifying where AI, intelligent automation and modern engineering practices can deliver measurable business value.
A proven track record of building and evolving complex technology platforms, shaping architecture and driving technical strategy in large-scale, data-rich environments. Deep software engineering expertise across modern application development, distributed systems, APIs and scalable platform design, with strong experience in technologies such as Python, FastAPI/Django and React. A hands-on approach to engineering, remaining close to the code while influencing technical direction and raising engineering standards. Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including AI-assisted software development, agentic workflows and intelligent automation. Experience leveraging tools such as Claude Code, Enterprise Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar technologies to enhance engineering productivity and accelerate delivery will be highly regarded. Experience within asset management, private markets or financial services would be beneficial, but we are ultimately looking for engineers who thrive on ownership, complexity and impact.
