This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly dynamic, successful and growing global investment business, partnering with leaders across multiple regions and collaborating with specialist teams across Reward, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Inclusion.

What role will you play?

In this role you will partner with senior leaders across our Credit and Insurance business, as well as selected operating divisions and functional teams to deliver impactful people solutions.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic and practical advice across talent, organisational effectiveness, performance, reward, succession planning and employee engagement, helping teams achieve their goals in a dynamic global environment.

  • What you offer
  • Established experience as a Human Resources Business Partner advising senior leaders within asset management, financial services, insurance, or a similar front office commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring, performance management, reward and retention, with additional experience being desirable in supporting organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA employment law and experience supporting stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advanced analytical and project management skills, with the ability to use people data and market insights to inform decisions and deliver practical outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build strong relationships and promote employee engagement, inclusion and collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Driven mindset with previous demonstrated effectiveness in a matrixed, international environment within asset management, investment banking, global markets, or an entrepreneurial, high growth, global organisation.
