Join our Financial Institution Group Coverage and Solutions team within Macquarie Capital in London. This team plays a key role in delivering innovative solutions and strategic advice to clients across global financial institution sectors. You will be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your contribution supports the success of multi-national, complex projects and transactions. This role requires a minimum 4 days a week in the advertised location and is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide proactive and high-quality support to ensure the smooth operation of the team's activities. In this dynamic role, you will support multiple senior leaders to manage diaries, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and arrange travel and logistics. You will also handle expense claims, process invoices, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. Your ability to prioritise and adapt will be key to supporting the team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with a director-level and above is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
