Our team oversees the management of key third-party contracts that support Macquarie's power and gas meter portfolio. We work closely with colleagues across operations, finance, legal and software development to ensure our contractual relationships deliver value and efficiency. By maintaining strong partnerships and clear processes, we help Macquarie achieve its operational and commercial objectives.
As Contract Manager, you will lead the management of two important contracts with a third-party provider. You will ensure the delivery of all contractual obligations relating to operational services and software management, while overseeing all interactions, deliverables and changes to the contracts. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, legal and software development, to ensure that all actions and impacts are properly accounted for. You will attend monthly contractual meetings, coordinate the implementation of contract changes, and manage the annual third-party audit required under the service agreement. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear records of all contract-related communications.
