We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our Liquid Credit Investment Solutions and Strategy team within Macquarie Asset Management.
The role forms a part of our growing Credit and Insurance division, which employs 240 investment professionals and manages over £120bn in AUM for institutional, insurance and wealth clients globally.

What role will you play?
Forming part of a global, client focused team that operates across investments, distribution and strategic initiatives, you will support our global fixed income and leveraged credit teams, primarily in the UK and US.
Working in collaboration with our portfolio management team, you will assist with investment initiatives, such as product launches and changes, enhancing strategy and collateral messaging, and will provide best‑in‑class support to distribution and clients, focusing on client and prospect presentations, queries, RFP’s and questionnaires.
You will also support senior leadership across a range of strategic projects and cross‑functional initiatives, playing a highly visible role in contributing to the continued growth and success of the Liquid Credit business.
What you offer
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role working in fixed income, preferably CLOs
- A deep interest in financial markets and asset management, intellectual curiosity and a motivation to learn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil information for end clients and senior stakeholders
- Qualitative and analytical skills and a sharp attention to detail
- Collaborative and able to work across global teams
