Lead Executive Assistant, Financial Management, People and Engagement
The Financial Management, People and Engagement team supports Macquarie’s Financial Management Group by providing strategic, operational, and administrative assistance. We work closely with senior leaders and their teams to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and a collaborative workplace culture. Our team is committed to fostering a high-performing and supportive environment that aligns with Macquarie’s values of integrity and accountability.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What role will you play?
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Regional CFO and Division Directors within the Financial Management, People and Engagement team. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials, ensuring seamless operations across different time zones. You will also support and mentor other Executive Assistants, drive team-building initiatives, and advocate for the Executive Assistant community across central Macquarie functions. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and foster a collaborative work culture will be essential to your success in this role.
What you offer
- Extensive experience in a senior Executive Assistant role, ideally with a minimum of 5 years supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
