Role Overview
As the Private Credit Technology Lead, you will develop a high-performing engineering team and lead the design of an innovative platform integrating bespoke and vendor solutions. Your focus will be on streamlining workflows, enabling scalability, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven solutions, AI, and agentic workflows.
You will collaborate with business and technology teams to redefine private credit operations, delivering value for clients and stakeholders, and supporting growth across strategies like Leveraged Credit and Real Assets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven leadership in technology within asset management, with experience building and leading technical teams using Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in credit workflows, digital transformation, deal pipelines, investment processes, trade allocations, risk management, and post-trade processing.
- Technical skills in Python, SQL, and data engineering.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
