As a Float Executive Assistant supporting multiple teams across Macquarie Capital, you will deliver proactive, high-quality administrative support to enable the smooth running of activities across the Central and Coverage and Solutions teams. In this dynamic role, you will rotate across a broad range of teams, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and arranging travel and associated logistics. You will also be responsible for processing expenses, onboarding new starters, managing invoices, and maintaining accurate records within Salesforce.
