The predicted salary is between 21600 - 36000 £ per year.

The Green Investments team has a global mandate to invest in businesses focused on renewables (such as solar, onshore wind, offshore wind, hydro, and bioenergy), as well as emerging energy transition opportunities (such as energy storage, clean transportation, carbon capture and storage, circular economy, and renewable fuels). As an Executive, you will be responsible for deploying capital into new investments and managing existing ones. You will collaborate with senior investment professionals on potential acquisitions, conduct due diligence and commercial analysis, and research sector themes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Building detailed financial models
  • Developing investment theses and business plans
  • Preparing investment committee papers
  • Raising acquisition debt
  • Managing external advisors
  • Developing strategic asset management plans
  • Monitoring performance and identifying improvements
  • Building relationships with management teams, external advisors, and industry experts

What you offer:

  • Experience in infrastructure or private equity funds, global fund management, investment banking, or strategy consulting
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, energy, and energy transition sectors
  • Degree in a relevant field with strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and business reporting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and resilient attitude
  • Strong English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus
  • Sound business judgment and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
