Join our collaborative, cross-functional and global Marketing and Communications team at Macquarie Capital. We offer strategic advice and creative solutions to support transactions, deal teams and senior management within our advisory and principal investing businesses. In office attendance is required for this role 3 days per week.

What role will you play?
You will collaborate closely with deal teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand pitch materials. This will include:
- Producing and formatting pitch books, proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral using Macquarie templates and custom layouts.
- Creating and enhancing graphics, tables, maps, and data visualisations for impactful communication.
- Animating slides and developing visual infographics for onscreen presentations.
You will manage multiple projects and deadlines while working with colleagues across time zones.
What you offer
- 1+ years’ experience in a presentation, graphics or production environment (financial/professional services preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Degree or diploma in design, visual communications or a related field is preferred, however not essential.
