What role will you play?
As a Workplace Experience Senior Manager within our Corporate Real Estate team, you will oversee the delivery of workplace experience services across our European businesses, with a focus on our London operations. You will oversee guest relations, and office workplace services including our workspaces, café and event spaces to ensure a seamless experience for our colleagues and visitors. In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams and senior leaders, manage third-party vendors, and contribute to the execution of our global Corporate Real Estate strategy in the EMEA region.
What you offer
• Proven experience in a high-performance organisation delivering corporate real estate services, preferably within financial or professional services.
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills, with a focus on engagement, development, and retention of talent.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and tasks.
• Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentation development.
• Expertise in third-party vendor oversight, including contract negotiation, SLAs, KPIs, and governance structures.
• Experience in strategic planning, operational execution, and risk management.
• Proficiency in using data to deliver insights, measure outcomes, and drive improvements.
• Highly detail-oriented and organised, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualifications in facilities management or hospitality.
• A minimum of 5 years\’ relevant experience is essential, with 10 years\’ experience being desirable.
