Our Commodity Operations team is a highly skilled global team providing operational support and control to our growing Commodities trading division. The team works closely with trading and sales teams, supporting post-trade operations for various financial commodity transactions, including agricultural, gas, power, emissions, uranium, base and precious metals, and commodity investor products.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many roles, this position requires 3 days a week in the advertised location.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of daily operational processes, including validating trade bookings, drafting trade confirmations, monitoring electronic matching portals, facilitating cash and physical asset settlements, and reconciling cash balances.
You will deliver exceptional client service by acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external clients. Collaborating with local and global colleagues, you will identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows, enhance controls, and improve service quality. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure will be critical in this fast-paced environment.
