Associate, Coverage and Solutions, Macquarie Capital
Macquarie Capital provides advisory and capital raising services to financial, corporate and government clients involved in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring. What role will you play?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst or Associate with strong M&A experience. You will be working with the senior team to originate and execute opportunities, assisting them in all transaction execution activities and marketing with an emphasis on financial analysis.
You will prepare financial models and pitch books for transaction execution and marketing purposes as well as model cash flows / financial projections to support transactions. You will also have the opportunity to attend relevant meetings with clients and senior leaders as well as industry conferences.
