About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) Manager – Settlements SME to join our Clearing and Settlement team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional analytical skills, and deep domain expertise in financial services operations, particularly in clearing and settlement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership: Champion Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to drive operational excellence in clearing and settlement.

Required Qualifications
