Macphie invites an experienced Senior Hygiene Manager to lead hygiene across Glenbervie (Aberdeenshire) and Tannochside (Glasgow). The role is cross-site with travel between locations and night shifts; you will set hygiene standards and drive continuous improvement in ready-to-eat/high-care environments.
You will partner with site Hygiene Managers, develop KPIs, use data to drive action, and share best practices across Operations, Technical, Quality, Engineering and Production.
