We are seeking an experienced Paralegal/Legal Secretary to join our busy Glasgow office. The successful candidate will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors working primarily in civil litigation, with a particular focus on family and court work.
The Role
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence and court papers
- Preparing and formatting pleadings and other court documents
- Managing diaries, correspondence and electronic files
- Liaising with clients, courts and other professionals
- General administrative support within a busy legal practice
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience as a legal secretary/Paralegal
- Strong Audio Typing Skills (essential)
- Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience In Civil Litigation (advantageous But Not Essential)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
Salary
