We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Glasgow office. The successful candidate will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors working primarily in civil litigation, with a particular focus on family and court work.
The role will include:
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence and court papers
- Preparing and formatting pleadings and other court documents
- Managing diaries, correspondence and electronic files
- Liaising with clients, courts and other professionals
- General administrative support within a busy legal practice
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary
- Strong audio typing skills (essential)
- Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in civil litigation (advantageous but not essential)
