If yes, Macmillan Distribution (MDL) invites you to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator at our Chineham offices in Basingstoke.

Positions Overview: We have two positions – one permanent and one 1‑year fixed‑term contract. Both are full‑time and offer the possibility to work from home two days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an ambassador for our business in communication with colleagues, external publishers, customers, and carriers.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting customer deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong time‑management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and a flexible, proactive attitude.
  • Educational qualifications: GCSE grades 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).

Required hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a one‑hour lunch break.
