If yes, Macmillan Distribution (MDL) invites you to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator at our Chineham offices in Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for our business in communication with colleagues, external publishers, customers, and carriers.
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to customer deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities (written & verbal).
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Attention to detail and a flexible, proactive attitude.
- Educational qualifications: GCSE grades 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Experience
- Previous customer services experience is required to get up to speed quickly with this fixed term position.
This role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
