This is a temporary role for 6 months initially, with the potential to be permanent long term.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Implementation Project Manager who excels in stakeholder management and has a strong command of Atlassian tools, especially Jira. • Lead the entire lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from start to finish.
• Build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams including internal resources, external consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project activities across SAP S/4HANA modules, including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Reporting.
• Oversee data migration and integration processes.
• Align business processes with SAP S/4HANA solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Implement effective contingency plans.
• Manage project budgets efficiently and report on variances.
• Utilise Jira and Atlassian tools for planning, tracking, and managing project tasks and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex SAP implementation projects, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven track record in leading multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Expert proficiency with Jira and the Atlassian suite.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UK business practices and regulations.
• Preferred: Experience in the publishing industry.
• Familiarity with additional SAP modules and technologies.
• APICS certification is a bonus.
