This is a role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent CIM or Product Marketing qualification (desirable)
- Proven experience in product marketing within higher education, publishing, edtech, or a related field
- Strong track record of owning go-to-market strategy and delivering commercial results
- Expertise in positioning, messaging, and bringing products to market successfully
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong commercial awareness and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience working with international teams and markets
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role, with 3 days/week in our King’s Cross office. Occasional UK and international travel is required.
Benefits:
We will provide you with hybrid working, a competitive salary and fantastic benefits including Private Medical Insurance/Medical cash plan, enhanced employer pension contributions, employee discounts portal, 25 days holiday (increasing with service) plus bank holidays, book discounts, employee assistance programme (help@hand) and much more.
