Are you a motivated team player with strong administration and communication skills? Do you aspire to deliver excellent customer service to our valued publishers and customers? If yes, Macmillan Distribution (MDL) invites you to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator at our Chineham offices in Basingstoke.
We have 2 positions: one is permanent and the other is a 1-year fixed-term contract. Both positions are full-time and there is the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week (both roles). Both roles require 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for our business in communication with colleagues, external publishers, customers, and carriers.
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to customer deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

- Educational qualifications: GCSE grades 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
