Macmillan Davies is urgently recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator West Sussex for a private medical company
This will be to start in early January 2025 until March 2025 (3 months)
Location West Sussex
4 days a week on site, one day working from home
This is paying up to £35,000 depending on experience or equivalent day rate
Some of the areas you will be involved in include:
- First point of contact for HR queries
- Helping to make sure that personnel files are compliant for CQC inspections
- Managing HR systems and relationships with providers
- Supporting the broader HR Team
- Providing advice and guidance as required
- Administering employment changes
- Updating and managing the HR database
Skills & Attributes
- Relevant experience in HR administration
- Experience of HR information systems, e-forms and workflow processes, or equivalent systems.
- Experience of working in a busy environment and working towards deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work is essential.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Good level of numeracy and literacy.
- An understanding of HR practice, employment law and legislation
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
