We're looking for an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fast-paced, highgrowth business.
If you've worked in high-volume recruitment, agency resourcing, hospitality, retail or logistics, you'll thrive in this role.
Working as part of a small Talent Acquisition team, you'll support recruitment across multiple sales and commercial roles, owning the coordination process from application through to offer stage.
What you'll do
- Screen CVs and manage multiple recruitment pipelines
- Conduct first-stage telephone interviews
- Source candidates via Linked In and job boards
- Coordinate interviews and assessment centres
- Keep the ATS accurate and up to date
- Support offer management and onboarding
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment or coordination role with a positive attitude, good organisation and a real team focus.
This role requires someone in the office 5 days per week.
