Are you an experienced HR Advisor or junior HRBP ready to take the next step?
I’m working with a growing business looking for a People Partner to join their team and take on a genuinely broad role across the employee lifecycle.
This would suit someone who has built strong foundations in HR and is now looking for more ownership, greater exposure to managers and the opportunity to develop their partnering skills.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day People matters
- Support employee relations cases across performance, absence, capability and grievances
- Help managers deliver effective performance reviews and feedback
- Support L&D, talent development and succession planning initiatives
- Work alongside the Talent team on recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
- Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing and DEI initiatives
- Support HR operations, policies, reporting and compliance
- Maintain accurate HR data across HRIS systems
- Get involved in wider People projects as the business continues to grow
What we're looking for:
- Strong HR Advisor / HR Generalist experience, or early-career HRBP experience
- Good understanding of UK employment law
- Experience supporting managers with ER and performance matters
- Some exposure to recruitment and onboarding
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
