We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join a busy and supportive People team on an initial 3-6 month FTC, with potential to become permanent.

Salary: Up to £40,000

Location: London, with 1-2 days per week in the office

This is a broad generalist role, supporting People Partners and managers across the full employee lifecycle, from resourcing and onboarding through to employee relations, absence management, payroll, policy and HR projects.

You'll provide practical, commercially minded HR advice, help ensure employment-law compliance, and play a key role in continually improving people processes and the employee experience.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR/People Advisory role
  • Strong employee relations, absence management and performance management capability
  • Sound, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience using HRIS systems, managing HR data and supporting payroll processes
  • Confidence advising managers on sensitive and complex people matters
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification, or equivalent experience

Experience with pre-employment checking, DBS processes, Occupational Health referrals and TUPE would be advantageous.
