Are you an experienced Administrator who is highly organised, confident with Excel and enjoys getting stuck into a variety of projects?
We are working with an established organisation to recruit an Interim Administrator - HR to provide additional support during a particularly busy period.
This is a varied, project-focused administration role supporting a busy HR function with recruitment, onboarding and wider administrative activity. You don't necessarily need previous HR experience - strong administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to pick things up quickly are most important.
The role
Working closely with the HR team, you'll provide practical administrative support across a range of projects and priorities, including:
Preparing recruitment and induction documentation
Supporting recruitment and onboarding administration
Creating, maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and trackers
Coordinating documentation and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Attending meetings and supporting with notes and actions where required
Helping to keep projects and key activities moving forward
Providing additional administrative support across the HR function as priorities arise
This isn't a reception or telephone-based administration role. You'll be given responsibility for your own workload, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable using their initiative and getting on with the task at hand.
