Interim HR Project Manager

The Opportunity

We are working exclusively with a private sector organisation to recruit for an Interim HR Project Manager

This is a 3 month fixed term contract

Full time with 2 days on site in Welwyn Garden City

Salary range is up to £60,000 ( ideally £58,000)

The contract harmonisation data collection has been completed

• This project will now be for migration, contracts and execution of project
• This will be a 3-month piece of work, experience with TUPE helpful, there are a number of acquisitions going on

• There are currently about 2,300 contracts to be harmonised (minor amendments in holidays, potentially working hours and benefits), and separately over 100 staff will need to migrate to new terms and pay frequency.
