Macmillan Davies are pleased to be partnering with a UK technology company looking for an experienced HR and Recruitment Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.

The HR and Recruitment Manager will be supporting approximately 50 UK employees and working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team.

This is a predominantly office-based role in Borehamwood, with Wednesdays on-site required .

The role is approximately 15 hours per week , with flexibility up to 18-20 hours, worked either across two full days or shorter days over four days.

This is a role that will work well for someone looking for that extra flexibility during their working week.

Key responsibilities Provide standalone day-to-day HR support across the UK business Advise on employment law, HR policies, governance and contracts Manage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation Implement and improve HR systems and processes Lead recruitment across administration, warehouse, R D and marketing roles Provide trusted HR advice and support to senior leadership Work alongside Finance and an external provider on payroll processes About you You will have strong UK generalist HR experience and...
