Macmillan Davies is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing, values-driven organisation based in Manchester to recruit an HR Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract. You'll join an organisation with an established people strategy, a strong and distinctive culture and ambitious plans for continued growth. The role Reporting directly to the CEO and working as part of the Senior Management Team, you'll take responsibility for both the strategic and operational people agenda. You'll also manage and develop an experienced HR Administrator who supports across recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and wider HR processes. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the delivery of the organisation's People Strategy, with a particular focus on attracting, retaining and developing talent. Acting as a trusted HR partner to the CEO, Senior Management Team and operational managers. Coaching and challenging managers to build their confidence and capability around people management.
