As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a crucial part of the onsite HR team, managing high-volume ER casework and ensuring the fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. You’ll be the first point of contact for any HR and ER issues, making a real difference in the workplace.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the HR Business Partner: Provide proactive support on a range of employee relations issues.

  • Guide Employees: Offer efficient service and advice on company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

  • Create a Positive ER Approach: Support, coach, and upskill managers to fulfil their people management responsibilities.

  • Operational Support: Advise on disciplinary, grievance, appeals, and redundancy consultation processes.

  • Manage Absence: Assist with resolving problematic cases and long-term sickness issues, monitoring KPIs and trends.

  • Handle ER Case Load: Manage allocated employee relations cases effectively.
