About the Role
I'm recruiting for an Interim Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced, growing hospitality business operating restaurants across the UK. You'll provide hands-on administrative and project support to the Managing Director of QSR and QSR Facilities Lead, helping keep projects, actions and priorities organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Project and administrative support to senior stakeholders
- Diary and meeting coordination
- Maintaining project plans, trackers and action logs
- Coordinating meetings, actions and deadlines
- Supporting business projects and initiatives
- Preparing meeting and project documentation
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
- Experienced in Project Coordination, Project Support, Business Support, EA or similar
- Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A strong communicator with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Used to working in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
- Experience within QSR, retail, facilities, or another multi-site business would be useful but isn't essential.
