As they continue to scale, the business is investing heavily in the People function and so this is a newly created People Advisor role to support with this continued growth.

As a People Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to managers and teams across the business, delivering pragmatic, commercial and people-focused advice that really makes a difference. This is a hands-on, high-impact generalist role where no two days look the same. You will be right at the centre of the employee experience influencing decisions, building manager confidence and helping shape a positive, consistent culture across a growing global organisation. What you will be doing:

  • Being the go-to people expert, coaching managers and employees on day-to-day people matters
  • Managing a varied and stimulating ER caseload including absence, performance, conduct, wellbeing and employee queries
  • Owning your cases from start to finish, delivering a high-quality, responsive service
  • Championing accurate people data and maintaining high standards across HR systems
  • Reviewing and improving people policies and processes

You are confident, proactive and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and being trusted to make sound people decisions.
