manage the programs and vendor relationships of time off / leave of absence policies and other benefits as assigned

partner with external consultants (e.g. global broker) and internal partners (e.g. HR, Payroll, People Technology, Legal etc.) to execute processes related to the management of our absences and leaves policies, such as managing and overseeing regular legal, process and technology changes
-
evaluate policy effectiveness regularly incorporating stakeholder input, provide recommendations for existing or new policies to improve effectiveness and maintain compliance with legislative updates, local regulations and company policies and procedures
-
provide support to the HR Shared Services team on all policy related Benefits, Absences and Leaves related issues and inquiries
-
support delivery of excellent employee experience, and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and external vendors/partners by providing support to ensure timely and accurate responses to requests and inquiries

seek opportunities for efficiency and excellence at every step

participate in any systems related implementations or enhancements that affect benefits systems, including user acceptance testing
