Your Role:

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you\’ll be atpost the heart of HR operations, managing high‑volume ER casework and ensuring best practices are upheld across the business. Acting as the go‑to expert for all ER related queries, you\’ll provide managers-provider advice and guidance while working closely with the ER Manager to drive positive employee experiences.

• 12-18 months of experience in an ER‑focused role within a fast‑paced environment
• Experience of end to end ER case management
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, disciplinary & grievance procedures, absence management, and redundancy
• Ability to confidently manage multiple cases at once, staying calm 誦under pressure
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• A problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing business landscape
