Responsibilities
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be at the heart of HR operations, managing high-volume ER casework and ensuring best practices are upheld across the business. Acting as the go-to expert for all ER related queries, you will provide managers with advice and guidance while working closely with the ER Manager to drive positive employee experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- 12-18 months of experience in an HR-focused role within a fast-paced environment
- Experience of end to end ER case management
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, disciplinary & grievance procedures, absence management, and redundancy
- Ability to confidently manage multiple cases at once, staying calm under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
