Macmillan Cancer Support is seeking two Talent Sourcers to join in a hybrid London-based role. You will partner with People & Culture teams to build diverse talent pools and lead end-to-end sourcing for critical and senior roles. The role requires weekly office attendance and occasional UK-wide travel.
You will manage candidate experiences, run talent campaigns, and collaborate on employer branding while maintaining accurate ATS records and using data to inform strategy.
