Macmillan Cancer Support seeks a CRM Support Officer to manage and improve our Dynamics 365 CRM across the organisation. This fully home-based, permanent role involves day-to-day support, data quality, testing and delivering system enhancements, plus creating training materials to empower colleagues.
You'll work with business users and external suppliers to shape CRM evolution, support projects, test new functionality and promote best practice across our growing CRM community.
