Contract Type: Permanent Full time (34.5 hours) – we are open to a conversation about how you work these hours.

Location: Hybrid – Split between home and a Macmillan office (London, Shipley or Glasgow).

About the Role

This role is responsible for the ongoing administration, optimisation and support of our Dynamics 365 environments. You will maintain and enhance system customisations, manage user access and security, oversee integrations and data quality, and support release and change management processes. Acting as the primary point of support, you will resolve issues, monitor system performance, and enable colleagues through training and guidance. Working closely with Product Teams, you will ensure the platform remains stable, secure and aligned to organisational needs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Administration and optimisation of Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Maintain and enhance system customisations.
  • Manage user access, permissions and security.
  • Oversee integrations and data quality.
  • Support release and change management processes.
  • Resolve system issues and monitor performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues.
  • Collaborate with Product and technical teams to deliver solutions.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 System Administrator who is confident working with low‑code/no‑code automation platforms and takes a proactive approach to continuous learning. You are comfortable working with Product Teams, collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver efficient, high‑quality solutions. You’re resilient under pressure, manage competing priorities effectively and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 System Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, security, integrations and performance optimisation.
  • Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms and automation.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
