Macmillan Cancer Support is looking for a creative, collaborative and inclusion-minded content creator to help bring our Inclusion Strategy, No Gaps Greenprint and Culture Framework to life. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape how colleagues across Macmillan understand, connect with and embed our inclusion and culture ambitions in their everyday work.
About the role
You’ll create high-quality, engaging and accessible content that helps colleagues feel informed, inspired and part of our cultural journey. From toolkits and guides to campaign materials, learning resources, intranet articles and digital assets, you’ll translate complex ideas into clear, meaningful content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Working closely with the Inclusion & Culture team, Internal Communications, Brand and People & Culture colleagues, you’ll plan and coordinate content across channels, ensuring consistency, strong storytelling and inclusive practice. You’ll also gather stories and insights from across Macmillan, amplifying lived experience and colleague voice.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating inclusive, accessible content that brings our Inclusion Strategy and Culture Framework to life
- Translating complex frameworks into clear, colleague-friendly materials
- Producing digital resources including toolkits, presentations, guides, infographics and learning content
- Drafting internal communications for key moments, campaigns and awareness events
- Ensuring consistent tone, messaging and brand alignment across channels
- Working with networks and lived-experience groups to reflect diverse voices
- Supporting the design of learning materials and self-serve tools
- Using feedback and analytics to continuously improve content
About you
You’re an experienced content creator with a strong eye for inclusive storytelling. You know how to turn complex ideas into engaging, accessible content and you’re confident using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. You’re collaborative, organised and comfortable managing multiple briefs at pace.
You understand inclusion, culture and colleague experience — and you’re committed to creating content that reflects diverse voices and supports meaningful behaviour change.
